Download “Registration Form” at the bottom of this page, fill the necessary information and email it to Secretariat Office at saikin89@aeplan.co.jp.

3) Payment
- Please pay the registration fee at Registration Desk on the meeting site. Early registration fee will apply to registration forms recived by Feburary 10, 2016.

- Please pick them up at Registration Desk on the meeting site.
