Day 1 of the conference is the last day of a string of consecutive holidays in Japan.
We recommend that you make your hotel reservations as soon as possible, as the rooms will sell out.

How to Register

Click "Registration" button and enter required information such as names, address, registration category.
Advance Registration should be completed before abstract submission.

You will receive a confirmation email including your advance registration number after you complete registration.


JBS Membership Number
If your membership application is currently in the process, enter " 9999999" for membership ID.

  2. Payment
    ・Advance registration will not be completed without the payment for advance registration fee.
    If the payment for advance registration fee is not completed by August 2, your advance registration will be automatically cancelled, and you need to register on-site.
    ・Payment method: Credit cards or convenience store payment. For more information on payment method, please refer "Payment" page of the registration system.

 

Register for Bioindustry Seminars

After you complete Advance Registration, you can register for Bioindustry Seminars (luncheon seminars). You will receive more information on this registration via email in the beginning of August.
　Registration Period：August 9-17
　How to register: Access to the URL which will be informed you by email.
・We will make a draw from among those who register during the registration period and select participants of these seminars. It is not first-come-first served basis.
・On-site registration is also available.

 

Meeting Program & Meeting Badge

Meeting Program & Abstract Browsing

JBS Members

JBS members who completed payment of 2018 membership fee, will receive a Meeting Program prior to the meeting. Login ID and password for the Abstract Browsing System will be sent to your registered email address.

 

Undergraduate Students (member & nonmember), and Non-members

Registration fees donot include fees for a Meeting Program and use of the Abstract Browsing System. Please contact JBS Secretariat if you wish to purchase those.

Meeting Badge

If you have completed registration and paid the registration fees by due date, you will receive your meeting badge in mid-September by mail. For participants from overseas, your meeting badges will be ready for pick-up on the meeting site.
Make sure to wear your meeting badge at all times during the meeting.

 

Receipt

The payment receipt of the registration fees will be mailed to you with meeting badge. Please note that the receipt cannot be reissued. For participants from overseas, you will receive it with your meeting badge on the site.

 

Cancellation/ Refund

Registration fees will not be refunded for any reasons.
