1. Advance Registration
First, make registration via “Online Registration” (bottom of this page) that will start from 9:00 a.m. JST, June 20th of this website. Next, complete your payment (prices are shown below). Payment for registration or banquet fees can be made by postal transfer or by credit card (VISA or Master). Advance registration will be completed only after payment is done. In case your payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline (August 18th), your registration will be automatically cancelled.

For BSJ Member
■ In case your payment of BSJ annual membership fee cannot be confirmed by August 18th, your advance registration and banquet fees will be charged Non-member rates.
■ If you want to be a BSJ Member, make sure to sign up via BSJ web site before advance registration.
■ A name badge and a program booklet will be sent to your registered address after advance registration is completed.
■ For Undergraduate Students (BSJ Member), please refer to “3. For Undergraduate Students” below.
■ Registration fee will be waived for Student Members who have been affected by Kumamoto earthquake. Please contact to bpsjp@biophys.jp
2. For Non-Member
■ Registration and banquet fees will be waived for Non-Member symposium speakers.
Please note that even Non-Member symposium speakers are required to register via “Online Registration”.

■ Even for participation only, Non-Members are required to register via "Online Registration" and make payment.
■ Members of the Physical Society of Japan, the Japanese Society of Microscopy, or the Australian Society for Biophysics can also register for the meeting and submit abstracts. They will be charged at Member rates.
■ A name badge and a program booklet will be sent to your registered address after advance registration is completed.
■ For Undergraduate Students (Non-Members), please refer to “3. For Undergraduate Students” below.
3. For Undergraduate Students
■ Undergraduate Students who will submit their abstracts are required to make advance registration via “Online Registration”. (Registration fee as a Student: 3,500JPY)
■ Registration fee will be waived for all Undergraduate Student participants without abstract submission.
■ To participate in the banquet, you have to pay the banquet fee regardless of whether or not you give presentations.

■ After we confirm your payment and student ID, a name badge and a program booklet will be sent to your registered address.

Note 1) If an Undergraduate Student would like to submit an abstract, the registration fee as Student Member (3,500JPY) is charged.
Note 2) A bank account of BSJ2016 registration fee differs from a bank account for BSJ annual membership fee. Please confirm the bank account before money transfer.
5. Name Badge, Program Booklet, ID for abstracts on the online system.
■ The abstracts will be released only on the online system.
No printed abstracts booklet will be issued. A program booklet (the parts of front matter, contents of symposia and oral and poster presentations, and advertisements) will be distributed to each participant.

[ Member ] A name badge will be sent to only those who completed the payment of the meeting registration fee by the deadline. ID and PW for the online system and a program booklet will be sent to only those who have completed the payment of BSJ annual membership fee.
[ Non-member ] A name badge, a program booklet, ID and PW for the online system will be sent to only those who have completed the payment of the meeting registration fee by the deadline.
■ Please wear your name badge during the meeting to enter the meeting site.
If you forget/lose a name badge, please come to the registration desk. A name badge will be reissued when your registration is confirmed.

6. Confirmation / Correction / Cancellation of your registration
Within the advance registration period, you can confirm, correct or cancel your registered information on your own.However, you cannot do so after the registration is closed.
Cancellation after the payment:
It is acceptable to refund your payment if you notice on or before August 18th.
No refund can be made after the advance registration is closed.
7. Receipt
A receipt is attached to the name badge that will be sent in advance.If you need another receipt form, it will be issued at the registration desk duirng the meeting in exchange for the one attached to your namebadge.
