Poppins corporation’s insurance will cover damages of unexpected accidents within the coverage limit. The Biophysical Society of Japan, executive committee of the 54th Annual Meeting of Biophysical Society of Japan and the secretariat of the 54th Annual Meeting of Biophysical Society of Japan will not take any responsibility for any accidents at the nursery.

| Belongings | lunch (if care time is around noon), snacks (if care time is around 3:00pm), baby formula, baby bottle, (hot waters are prepared.), drinks, diapers, baby wipes, change of clothes, hand towel, plastic bag for dirty clothes

| Foods | Any foods or drinks for children will not be provided. Please prepare by yourself. |
| Please check in advance. | Wash your children’s hands when enter a childcare room. We might refuse to provide childcare service in the following cases; •Fever(over 37.5℃ •Infection disease •Difficulty in group childcare Please fill in your mobile number on the application sheet for emergency use. No medical support include dosage by childcare staff. Please arrive at a childcare room punctually when you leave/pick up your children. |
