Registration fee will be waived for undergraduate student and doctor-in-training by showing ID, but please note that abstracts booklet will not be provided.

2. How to Register
Download the “Registration Form” at the bottom of this page, fill out the necessary information and email it to Secretariat Office (jshg59-gene21@aeplan.co.jp).

3. Payment
【For participants living in Japan】
Please use a payment slip in blue at Japan Post Bank and transfer the registration fee to the following account;
If you transfer from NOT Japan Post Bank, please refer to the following account information;
• The bank transfer fee would be borne by you.
• Please note that Advance registration will be cancelled automatically in case you do not complete the payment by Sep 30 (Tue) Oct 10(Fri) Oct 24(Fri).
* Our account of Japan Post Bank will be closed on Oct 1 (Wed) Oct 14(Tue) Oct 27(Mon), so you cannot transfer the money to the account after that. Please note in case you transfer money to the account after Oct 1 (Wed) Oct 14(Tue) Oct 27(Mon), money transferred from you will be refunded by the Japan Post Bank.

6. Receipt
The receipt in Japanese of registration fee is attached with the name badge. If you need the receipt in English, it will be issued at the registration desk during the meeting period. Please note that the receipt cannot be reissued.
