Receipt and Name Badge

For domestic participant, a receipt and a name badge (and a program booklet for non-members who purchased it) will be sent to your registered address in mid November.
For overseas participant, name badge (and a program booklet for non-members who purchased it) will be handed at the meeting site.

Please note that the receipt cannot be reissued, so keep a customer's receipt of transfer until you receive them.

2.	An automatic confirmation mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address. * Using free mail address is not recommended as it may be divided as a spam mail.
3.	Please click the URL indicated in the confirmation mail to complete the account application, and proceed to the registration page.

For appointed speakers of Symposia and Workshops

BMB 2015 secretariat will send an individual ID and PW to access the submission system by e-mail. So there is no need to create a new account above.

A name badge will be sent to the advance registered participants who live in Japan. If you want to have your name badge delivered to a different address other than the address registered in the personal information page, please indicate it.

If you are an undergraduate student, please upload a scanned data or a shot image of your student ID.
If you are applying for the travel grants for early career researchers in overseas, please enter your CV and the URL certifying your enrollment.

Completion of Registration

Please click the "Register" button. An automatic confirmation mail with a seven-digit registration number will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

If you choose to pay with a credit-card, please go to the transaction page and enter the necessary information. After the completion of transaction, an automatic confirmation mail will be sent.
If you choose postal transfer, please refer to the following instructions and make payment before the due date. BMB2015 secretariat will send an e-mail after confirming the payment.

Notes

Presenters are required to complete advance registration before abstract submission.
After advance registration is closed, please register on site.
Advance registration will be completed only after payment is done. In case your payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, your registration will be automatically canceled.
The registration fees cannot be refunded for any reasons.
