- Only those who have completed pre-registration of BMB2015 can apply for the advance reservation.
- The advance reservations are handled on a first-come and first-served basis. The number of advance reservation is limited for each seminar.

- Your login ID and Password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Password: Registration number - After confirmation of your application contents, please click "Register" button on the bottom of the page.
- After click "Register" button, you will receive a confirmation email from us titled "Advance reservation of luncheon seminars confirmed".
- Please print out the mail and bring it with you at luncheon seminar room on site.

Attention
- Please note that the online system may not work smoothly or display error messages because of heavy access traffic.
- Please note that session will time-out if the same page is left inactive for a certain time.
- Please agree with our privacy policy since luncheon seminar co-hosting companies need collation works at seminar room.
- Error message will be displayed if there is a fully occupied seminar in your selected seminars.
- Your application will be completed when you click "Register" button in the confirmation page.

We will appropriately manage the pre-registered personal information and protect it from unauthorized eternal access, being lost or leaked. We appoint a person in charge of information security and constantly review our internal rules and guidelines to strengthen measures for information security.
Please note that your personal pre-registered information will be shared with the companies which co-host the luncheon seminars you applied for since it is necessary for their collation work. You might receive an e-mail from them individually.
We will not provide your personal information to third parties except for the companies which co-host the luncheon seminars. However, by requests from court, police, and any other judicial organizations, we may disclose your information under the law.
