Registration Procedure (for Oversea Participants Only)

1. Pre-Registration

Please fill out the Pre-registration Form and fax it to the Meeting Secretariat (Fax: +81-6-6350-7248) by November 10^th, 2005.
Your registration will be completed with a confirmation notice sent by the Secretariat.

Deadline:November 10^th, 2005

Payment：Please pay registration fee (pre-registration rate noted above) at the General Information Desk during the conference period.
(No need to pay in advance. Please pay at the conference site.)

2. On-site Registration

If you do not register by November 10^th, please go to the On-site Registration Desk and complete registration procedure at the conference site.
